Privately owned and still at home inside the historic Chase Park Plaza, The Tenderloin Room has set the St. Louis table for celebrations for more than sixty years.

The Tenderloin Room has been the city’s table for celebrations, date nights and milestone dinners since 1962, and it remains privately owned.

Inside the Chase Park Plaza

We sit inside the historic Chase Park Plaza in the Central West End, steps from Forest Park and about fifteen minutes from Busch Stadium and the Arch.

Restored 1922 woodwork

Three dining rooms keep their restored 1922 woodwork, set off by gold curtains, velvet banquettes and soft halo light for an intimate, old-world evening.

The bar still sits beneath its original stained-glass ceiling, pouring bourbons, whiskeys and classic cocktails from a wine list kept by our in-house sommelier.

From the Pepperloin à la Tenderloin to the tableside seafood cart of shrimp cocktail, pastrami-smoked salmon and calamari salad, the classics are served the way they always have been.
